My girlfriend lives alone, and does not smoke. When ever I visit her there, I do not smoke. She was cited for a smoking violation she tried to call and dispute that but whoever she talked to was acting all high and mighty saying " I know my facts I know what I smelled" very rude to her and very ignorant when he could look around and see nothing that can be used to smoke stay away from here

We have lived at the apartments for 3 weeks. When we moved in the apartment was not cleaned and still had nails and scribbles on the wall from the previous tenant, the closet door in the bedroom was bent off the track and does not stay up or close, the garbage disposal was clogged and floods our sink (I have already tried to unclog it and pulled gum and plastic bits out), and both our shower drians are also clogged to the point we are standing in an inch of water while trying to take a shower. We have put in multiple work orders with absolutely no response and have gone to the office where they can not give us a straight answer. We can never get a parking spot close to our apartment after 7 pm and the parents with the bus stop in the morning block our cars in so we can't leave for work. If they aren't willing to fix the problems wrong for brand new tenants I'm scared for what happens after we've lived her a couple months.

Don’t let the cheap rent fool you. The people who live around here are the worst in the city. All of my brand new cars have dents and scratches on them because of our neighbors unintentionally hitting my car because there are NOT ENOUGH parking spaces so everyone’s parked super tight or trashy people who just go around keying other peoples cars for no reason. I literally don’t know anyone who lives here but everyone’s car is literally messed up here covered in all kinds of scratches and now mine is as well. I’ve asked the apartment complex to fix our window for MONTHS now.. it won’t close so our a/c is constantly running and basically cooling the outside . And now it’s about to be winter so if they don’t fix it we will freeze. I’m sick of this place

Ever since Lucy has been here it seems like the property has made a 360. She’s extremely helpful and sufficient! I’ve had some maintenance issues and the maintenance men (Kevin and Tim) were very respectful and able to get my issues resolved for me.
