So seeing a lot of comments about weed and drugs. Are the drug/weed dealers/users in a certain section/buildings of the community or is it kind of rampant all over the community? I wouldn’t want to be in a building where someone who sells lives.

Bayside consists of three apartment complexes which were built at different times. The older buildings which are the biggest part of the complex and are in bad shape. They just built a section that faces Rome Hilliard Road where the Apartments and Townhomes are quite nice. And then there is another one that's located in the back which I believe was the second edition they're still in pretty decent shape but with the concerns you have voiced I would say this is not the place for you. Just wait till about dusk take a drive around the complex take a look at all the cars, potholes what kind of shape the buildings are in people hanging out on the corners, little children wandering around unsupervised. I deliver food so I'm there several times a week and I've run into all sorts of characters there. This is the only place in Hilliard where I'm ever worried about being robbed.
