I was very happy with my service experience the other day. I had a scheduled oil change and a recall letter. I showed David the manager and he said they just got the part in and they could do it today, so happy about that! They gave me a ride to my job and called me when my car was ready and gave me another surprise, they added a coupon and used my points so I had no out of pocket expense! They then picked me up at my lunch time and brought me to my car. It was really the easiest appointment I have had there! Thank you!

We were out of towners with a fuse problem on our transit Van. They were lazy and all but refused to help us. We went to the next closest Fors dealer who was more than happy to fix our fuse. The were right off the garden state parkway 1 or 2 exits north or RT 37.

It depends, do you have an owner's advantage rewards account? If you purchased the vehicle from Down's, you definitely have Quick Lane access. I do not know if Quick Lane is offered to everyone, but you can download the Ford Pass app and schedule an appointment at your convenience after you choose your preferred dealer. This gives you access to the appointment openings for your particular service. If all else fails, just give them a call. Many people cancel or don't show up for their scheduled service leaving openings that won't be reflected in the app or online. The last time I took my car in Quick Lane, walk-in, and someone took my car and did the oil change when he was supposed to be on lunch break .... i waited 10 minutes
