On the first night, we caught a roach crawling on the bed! The next morning, the coffee pot was broken. I will say that they rushed a new one down. On the second night there was no housekeeping. They didn't make the beds or clean the tub or wipe anything down. They were sure to take the money off of the counter though. And then to top it off, the lady at the front desk had no tact and asked me if my daughter was my granddaughter. I'm completely surprised because there's so many great reviews. We did take a picture of things and they said they would take care of it every time. We checked out a day early

The room was up to Best Western standards,but apparently not enough staff to clean rooms. We had to ask for towels and coffee 3 of the 4 nights we spent here!

Very nice. You could tell our room was recently updated. Tub and shower brand new, plus new shower head. New bathroom floors. New paint. Beds were fine. Only negative I have was the toilet paper was like cardboard. Breakfast was also very well done. A little bit of everything and staff kept it nice and clean.

For us out of town workers , we were not impressed by this motel. Housekeeping is very challenged. In 12 days of our stay we only got the room cleaned twice. We have to daily walk to the front desk and ask for towels, toilet paper and kleenex. Breakfast was below average. Don’t bother asking for breakfast items that run out because the employee with tattoos all over her neck is pre-occupied watching drama shows in the dining area. Bottom line is, it’s not worth the money they are asking for. Better off at another motel.
