I love the 50% off sale days. Some products need to be checked twice before putting them on the floor specially those with rips and stains. It's warm inside the store, you guys should keep the AC on/working. Most of the cashiers are rude. They don't know how to do GREAT customer service (greet customers, welcome customers, thank customers, help customers, be cheerful). They should learn from this cashier named Sylvia. I think she's the most experienced one in your store.

Around the back of the store, we have out backyard where the gate is rolled up. We accept donations Monday - Friday until 5:00pm

Yes, that is "part" of the answer to Joy Dillon. It is clothing that doesn't meet out quality standards and doesn't get put onto the store floor. AND, we are constantly pulling clothing off of the store floor racks that doesn't sell. Therefore, clothing on our store floor doesn't stay there for more than 1 month. A lot of the clothing that goes into those "100 pounds" is clothing from the store floor too that just didn't sell. It's all about keeping the store stocked with new and good clothing!!!
