Love this gym! I would like to add though that the past several times I’ve visited the gym, there was no towels available for use. When i did get one they were filthy and had stains as if they were not washed. The customer service from staff is okay. Giving 5 stars only because of the gym itself and the pool.

their bench press racks are wack, so akaward to lift off. They only have one squat rack for the whole gym, plus the whole city goes here so you'll really never be able to squat.

This place continued to make great improvements over the short period of time living here in Yuba City. They have fixed their steam room since I’ve starting coming here three months ago for a work assignment. I have been rehabilitating an injured knee and really enjoy coming to this gym. It has everything I need from classes to equipment to facilities. Their yoga class is one of the best and the Zumba classes are just fun. They’ve reinstated their towel service and provide plastic bags for your wet/soiled clothing items. Took shower lately and water pressure seem better. This gym provides a great service to the community but have a lot of underutilized studio time. They could boost membership with providing gentle classes for seniors early in the mornings and Latin dances in the evenings for working professionals who love to dance for exercise. I only have a week left in this town and I think I’ll miss this gym the most. Thanks, In-shape for being an awesome partner in my recovery journey.

Yes there are classes in the pool and the main classroom that are an easy pace. You can download the app to see class times and descriptions and you can get a free weeks pass to try them out. I came here from Rocklin and was paying $105/mo for my membership to California Family Fitness and In Shape was the one comfort I had that felt like home when everything else here is chickens and crack heads.
I have been a member for about 8 years love the place about 25$ a month. Bary clean great stuff. Not that many people.

$99 sign up fee. $19.99 a month. There's an annual fee, I think it's $50. The $19.99 fee is if you setup auto pay thru a checking a\c otherwise it's are $27 a month. It's worth it. They don't nickel & dime you for most extras. Personal trainer is extra. You have to upgrade your membership to have access to other gyms & to use massage chairs. You can't bring in a guess. For me the upgrade is not worth the money. Love the water activities. 2 pools, steam & sauna rooms & whirlpool.
