Thanks for asking! We've taken many precautions to keep our guests and team safe. Here are a few of them: - We follow the state of Iowa regulations concerning distancing, group size at each table, masks, etc. -Staff wears masks at all times -Guests must comply with state mask regulations -Frequent sanitization -Reservations to help with flow of guests and prevent crowding -Proper distancing between tables -One group at the meat counter at a time -Grill is split into four sections. Guests are assigned a section. We very carefully plan/time numbers of people at the grill to reduce crowding and allow for a fantastic grilling experience -Sanitized grill supplies are given to each group (no sharing) and sanitized after each use -Salads are plated and brought to the table.
