The gardens have ramps everywhere. The house does not have does accomodations.
Yes, for the most part it is wheelchair accessible. However there are a few dirt/stone trails.
I don't recall seeing any wheelchairs being offered. However, there were shuttles (long golf carts) available for people with mobility issues.
