First I want to say the housekeeping and breakfast staff were great before I speak about the overall trip.I brought my wife and two daughters to Legoland for a family vacation that essentially got cut short do to an issue with our room. The stay started off good but the 2nd night we found a mouse in our room. When I spoke to the front desk and showed him the video he seemed very nonchalant as if it were normal and offered $30 off another room which was unacceptable. We eventually canceled our second night and drove home the same night shortly after (8pm). This was a terrible experience, at the very least we should've been offered a complimentary night but I'm not sure we would've stayed after that anyway.

Not a very good experience. The room was totally NASTY! The first thing we saw entering the door was black boot track marks ALL over the tiled area in the entry and bath. It's comical really b/c the property has signs posted all over about how much they care about cleanliness and how they have taken EXTRA measures to ensure a clean room. Total joke. Next we had no shower curtain or door on the shower. What the actual...?? When I asked the front desk she just laughed and said "well, you should have either a curtain or door." Nothing was done to correct it. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I do not recommend it.

Stayed here over the weekend visiting Pepa Pig Theme Park and glad I chose to stay here! We left the baby's playpen at home accidentally, the hotel provided a very nice crib & mattress for free! The property check in to check out was so smooth. The hotel is clean, beds are super comfortable, pool is open until 11 pm, free parking, mall next door and lots of food options close by. The staff members were all very kind. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a business trip and I was not disappointed. Room was huge, nice bed, hotel and room were very clean, good coffee in the mornings, quiet hotel. You can hear people from the hallway but once you are in your room you don't hear a sound. Staff was great. Best Holiday Inn experience I have ever had. If I had to state a negative I would say the elevator was a little annoying. It is just small and clunky even though it is pretty new.
