They don't have individual carts but they have wheelchairs and carts that will drive several people around at once if you have mobility issues
Yes they do have scooters but I'm not sure if it was $10per hr or $20 a day
They do have scooters like the hoverround for rent I believe 25 a day they are in the area between the gift shop and the bistro
