It wasn't terrible. I am sure during peak bloom times it would be better, but it was good. Very relaxing and peaceful. Not many people when I was there, but that is what I like. It was still beautiful and I saw plenty flowers.
I was there two weeks ago and there were plenty of beautiful flowers in bloom. It is located in central Florida where the temperature and climate is tropical allowing many spiecies of vegetation to survive and prosper throughout the winter season. Bok Tower is always a great place to visit during any season.
Yes, the holiday decorations are really nice. Plus, it's cooler so being outside in the garden and/or eating outside is more fun. If you like historic homes, the decorations in the house are spectacular - pay the extra to get in.
Yes, in my opinion it's even better because many flowers and other plants are blooming and you can enjoy being outside without the dreadful humidity and heat. I went last weekend and it honestly has been my best visit yet. I got to enjoy the gardens longer than any other time I visited, especially now after the improvement and expansion if facilities.
