There are many long timers there. You just have to keep your RV moveable. I know one gentleman that's been there 3 years. Really nice park. Just try and get a site with a sewer line.
Long-term unlimited parking available. 2 months minimum.
It is for transitional use, meaning you are here in town for a job, looking for a home, visiting friends or relatives, etc. It's not meant as a forever home. The sites must be kept clean and neat and appear to be short-term.
