More permanent folks than campers, which is okay.. biggest disappointment was the pool was closed and it appeared that it had been for a while... checkin was simple and nice people helped with a problem on my rig

Roads are Ruff, go really slow as your RV shakes all over. Freight train comes through at 3 am and rocks the campground. Staff did not disclose time at check-in. No wifi available as it said on website, only in very small front office.

Stopped for one night. From what i seen its Well maintained, some spaces are tight but overall it was a good stay it was easy to get to and from. Would definitely stay here again.
Traveling Around
Great family owned campground. Safe quiet place. Lots to do in the area, Golf 1 mile away. Whitewater Rafting less then 10 miles away. Numerous restaurants. Sites are clean & level & Big Rig Friendly. Friendly helpfull staff. I noticed some negative reviews, but if you actually talk to the owners you'll find most of them were either people that were corrected for breaking the rules in some way. Which is why we stay here because they do care about everyone having a good and safe time & they stick to their rules as some places do not. We traveled in a 40' Coach Towing a vehicle & had plenty of room, did not have to disconnect vehicle. Sites are spacious most with concrete pads. They do limit their monthly stay population, again another positive thing about this place. We will definitely return here in the future.

Yes, there is a large primitive tent area with a group fire ring. One water and one electrical connection for the area.
We don't have any rental units at this time. Thank you for your inquiry!
Our pool is limited to those who are camping in the campground. Thank you for your inquiry!
We did for 3 months and saw others who were there longer.
No night swimming. Pool closes at dusk.
The last time I was there, the pool closed when the office was closed. The pool closes at sundown during the open months.
Try night hawk wifi unit 30 a month unlimited
14 miles from the main gate. 25 minutes or so travel time.
And the tent sites are $25 for two people.
We do not have any facilities for horses.
They have a tent camping area, hoever, you must supply your own gear and tent.
We do not have cable. It has always been cost- prohibitive to get it brought in. We continue to try, though!
There are many long timers there. You just have to keep your RV moveable. I know one gentleman that's been there 3 years. Really nice park. Just try and get a site with a sewer line.
$25 per night, for 1 or 2 people. $3 for each additional child. $12.50 per person for groups.
I know long term rental must be ,10 years or newer and older they will consider it when they see it it pics of it. Not sure on short term
At this time, there are no rental units. The two small cottages are occupied.
Nope! They are reasonably priced with daily, weekly and monthly rates.
