With regards to maintenance, the workers there tend to be the ones who are maintaining the mundane parts of the course like fixing the mulch, filling the waters and cups, and removing the trash. When it comes to the more technical things like trees, roads, cables, and gear, third party organizations are hired out to inspect and fix anything that requires maintenance.
