We come AT LEAST once a week, and it’s steadily getting dirtier and dirtier. A vacuum will easily get the dust up. We arrived early on this Saturday morning and there was garbage and dust everywhere, as if it had been there all evening. There are way too many little children running around for this place to not be kept up. Do better.

Clean, staff is always friendly and helpful. There is a lot of space here, each activity is spread out as to give plenty of room for more than 1 child to use. Even during COVID, it was a pleasant experience.

Had a blast with the kids! The staff were very good and even though they were working Valentine's Day, they made the most of it. This was our first time here and I was nervous because my son is autistic but he played for 2 hours without incident! We will be returning for future visits! As an adult, I highly recommend for adults! So much fun!

Defy Tacoma is pretty decent , my son loves coming here and we have been to all the Defy places because my son loves the trampoline jumps! I’m not sure why people are leaving bad reviews based on how they got sick , you can get sick anywhere regardless of how much you wash your hands and sanitize , best you can do is just worry about yourself. I’m only giving this place a 4 because it could use more help in the cleaning department but other than that staff were friendly, helpful, and the jumping obstacles were fun! It’s hard to keep masks on when it’s hot which makes it useless.

They do walk-in but it's better to buy online and schedule at because they fill up fast. They have passes for one hour, hour and half and two hours.
Yes, if you have your own grippy socks you can use those. We bought some our first visit and just wash and reuse every time.

Mon-Friday; Ages 6-3 1hr- $11 1.5hr-$15 2hrs -$19 Ages 7&up 1hr-$15 1.5hr-$20 2hr-$23 On Saturday and Sunday (and some holidays) the price goes up a little bit Ages 3-6 1hr-$11 1.5hr-$17 2hr-$22 7&up 1hr-$15 1.5hr-$23 2hr-$28 Ages 2 and under are free. From 9am-10am is kids jump and that is only for 6 and under (Monday-Saturday) I hope this answered your question
