I started coming here in about 1993 as a kid, and this place is still just as cool! The prices are shockingly low—$16 for me and my 2 kids to play in the play structure area (probably best for ages 2-10). $10 of tokens got us about an hour of arcade games. Everything is really clean for an arcade, and all games in working condition. The bathrooms are even super clean! The games are great for younger children, with few shooting games. The employees are really friendly, which is always amazing to me in a job where they work with often entitled children. We did a birthday party here a couple years ago, and it was really well organized. They have food here as well—pizza, nachos and the like.

Yesterday, we went to Odyssey 1 with our granddaughters (ages 7 and 3) for the first time. I had stopped by the previous day to check it out and was welcomed by a very professional and friendly front counter employee named Anthony. After seeing all the fun equipment and impressive layout, I was excited about taking our granddaughters there. As I expected, they had non-stop fun for three solid hours! It was exactly what they needed to burn off excess energy. I should mention we spent the entire time on the "playground" side. The arcade is something we'll enjoy when they are older. Although a lot of other children, from toddlers to elementary ages, were there at the same time, the facility was large enough for all to play safely and at their own pace....which was mostly quite fast. Anthony was there again, dividing his time between the front counter and working in the food service area. I appreciated his positive energy in such a busy, hectic, and loud atmosphere. We'll be returning to Odyssey 1 next time our granddaughters come for a visit. It's great fun, especially on a cold, rainy day. What a plus for kids in the Tacoma area!

Came here for a birthday party. Group accommodations are a bit small and removed from all the fun stuff. If you have a smaller party (10-20 people total) this is probably fine, but we had 20+ kids plus parents and it was rough. Food was just fine. Play space looked really big and fun. Arcade was also a lot of fun, but very cramped. Good variety of games and ticket earning opportunities. They don’t have classic skee ball but what they have is still fine. Definitely recommend for small groups or family outings.

Great place for kids. Young and, teenage .they have an awesome section for the tots on one side where they climb and crawl. They have an arcade side. Just be careful when leaving. The parking lot next to that plaza has if ol' pot 🕳️ holes.

Definitely worth it. However, the ticket to prize worth is very off but that's just about any place you go that exchanges tickets for prizes. All around a nice place for fun.
Yes, there is.
Monday through Friday it is 7.99 after tax per child and weekends it is $9 after tax per child to get into the play area which is only for kids 10 yrs old and under and socks are required.
Odyssey 1 says it is fine for parents to go in the tunnels with kids, but same rules apply for adults about socks on and no shoes
Yes we do have air conditioning! However with the unusually high temperature today (6/28/21) with a high of 113 degrees Fahrenheit, our system may not be able to keep the temperature right at 72 degrees so please keep that in mind. Thanks!
They have a party planned for Saturday, so I think it's open to the public
Yes but let them know ahead.
The light guns are about 1lb
Up to 10 people on a team
I dont remember seeing an age limitation. Usually 12 years and up
I'm not sure, but the staff is very helpful and friendly. They would gladly answers your question.

It said to leave a message and they would call you back so unfortunately other than going down there in person that's what you gotta do.
Well if you are responsible and don't make a mess and trash the place yes but if your not yes you need an adult. EDIT: well if you put it that way Connor I agree w you.
No. When I went, I was 13. They wouldn't make you leave the play place
No, parents must go with unless 16 or older Parents get in free though
Depends if it's raining! We go there on rainy days and it's much more busier than normal. That said, even on a busy day there is so much to do the busy growds do not really effect the enjoyment for the kids.
Nope
Depends on the holiday. Christmas, thanksgiving, Easter, all those bigger holidays are when they are closed.
Yes I'm pretty sure it does
