Excellent experience and very safe and easy parking right near the door; The staff were very friendly and helpful in keeping our large group on task; The props and clues were very well thought out and fun to process; It is definitely not easy but the staff are there via an intercom if you need a hint to keep the team moving if they're road blocked for some reason; So overall a five star experience and recommended for those looking for a fun thing to do as a group or for those looking to work on their team skills. Once again, the staff were great and made it a fantastic experience.

*EDIT* Enigma Escapes certainly cares about their customers. After mentioning the 7 year old in our group, they were kind enough to refund us her fee. I'm very happy with their customer service. That truly elevates them to a 5 star experience. Will return in the future. Super FUN activity! Even though we didn't complete it, the room was challenging and tons of fun. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I'm bumping down a star because communication was slightly lacking. I tried reaching out through their email portal but never got a reply. Calling by phone finally worked after a couple of tries. We had a youngster of 7 years old in our party that we had to pay full price for. I'm not sure that was necessary?? Even after reading the FAQ page, it was slightly confusing, but regardless...no refunds after booking and paying online.

We went with a group of 7 and did The Sorcerer's Rescue. For most of us it was our first time doing an escape room and we had an absolute blast. The guide made it fun and was very helpful. The hints provided gave us just enough information to help but not too much to were they were providing the answer. Overall, very impressed with this escape room. We are already looking into doing the other rooms!

This was so much fun! We took the kids to do "the estate." Everything was so well done, lots of puzzles and locks and mysteries. We had a great time! My daughter said escape rooms are her new favorite and wants to try the "condemned" room next. Definitely try this place! They know what they're doing.

We are not changing our themes or puzzles at the moment. We are building new rooms all the time. Once we are at full capacity, we will work on changing our current themes/puzzles.

I believe the price is per person regardless of age. But if you have little ones that can't really participate in the games, they usually won't charge for them.
In my opinion this wouldn't be a suited activity for a large party. This is geared for small groups such as 2 to 4 to 6 people with a devoted hour of time to escape.
I recently went there with two of my friends and we each paid $37.80 to be exact. I suppose for a larger group it would be less. However, you can always call them, they're super responsive and will give you an accurate answer. I hope that helped :)
