Old license if possible , if you are getting the new enhanced license , you will need the following items 1, current social security card ( unless you are a undocumented immigrant ) 2. Utility bill showing name and address 3. Current passport 4. Roll of toilet paper
Birth certificate, Social security card,something showing your address on like power bill.
