We arrived 45 minutes before closing time on a Wednesday evening. I had to renew my mobility impaired card and the person who was with me needed a driver's license renewal. They were not busy, and we were in and out quickly even though we didn't have an appointment. Employee was quick and efficient and very nice. I always go to the Dequincy location when I need to conduct any business with the DMV.

I called the Quincy BMV made an appointment over the phone
I think since Covid you can only make appointments online at their .gov website, usually once I choose my DMV location it does a good job at navigating me to what I need to make an appointment for, more information on what I need to bring, then prompts me to set an appointment.

Yes but you have to make an appointment.. Mine was for 9:10a I waited maybe 20 min since I was early by 9:30 I was done.
