No line at 8am. Fast, friendly, efficient service. I was a bit confused about what floor I entered (3rd floor entrance is on Division). The auditors office is on that floor to the left of the entrance.

No, this business only deals with titles and such. To get a license you have to go to your local DMV (Department of Moter Vehicles)
