Good afternoon, We live on Francis Drive NW just outside Silverdale. Francis has a steep hill which has one section that the sun does not hit and after a snow it rapidly turns to ice and becomes VERY treacherous. The hill was sanded today just a day after the snow and I know that I speak for everyone one up here in saying THANK YOU to the person who schedules and THANK YOU to the road crews. Our hill is safe!!
