Lady in the office was super nice and helpful. I was dropping off scrap metal which to my delight was free! The dump area had a line about 10 cars long but no line for appliance or scrap metal drop off

Yes but you have to live the oil at the side of your garbage bins so the driver can put it a box inside the cabin
You have to go to the main dump in Petaluma at 500 Mecham Road. I just took a trailer load two weeks ago. Weirdly they do NOT take yard waste.
