The latina girl is kinda sassy and will talk to her coworkers making the transaction take longer than it needs to. Otherwise business as usual.

So rude to talk with through the phone, if one of your employees has a bad day, make sure not to reflect her negatives to customers. Manager: you should pick up the one that know a little bit about customer service positive attitude.

If you need the BLUE group you will get help right away and great service. If you get the RED group of people... Good luck. Plan on sitting in the waiting area for an hour while the lady programs extensions into their phones and asks the manager to call and make sure it's right. Terrible service in RED group.

While the DMV is definitely not one of my favorite places to visit, this particular experience was quite good. The brand new location is VERY nice in contrast to the previous building. The nice lady who helped me with a title transfer was very friendly and helpful. Great experience!

Yes you can have the lien removed at the office, just bring in the title or a lien release from the bank to get them removed. They are open Monday - Friday and the Last Saturday of every month.
You would need to visit a DOL Shoreline DRIVER LICENSING OFFICE 15809 Westminster Way N Shoreline, WA 98133 https://fortress.wa.gov/dol/dolprod/dsdoffices/OfficeInfo.aspx?cid=594&oid=22
Driver License, no. This is for vehicle license only.
It’s possible... you have to submit a refund form to the DOL office in Olympia.-
It's not close
Not sure, but they have a new location @ 122nd!
This is only for vehicle stuff. When you get your car and want to put it in your name go somewhere else. They are super rude here
Yes they do
Yeah they are not really responsive by phone. Good thing, it looks like you don't need an appointment to pay them a visit, you can just walk in. If you lost your plates, I would check dol.wa.gov/vehicleregistration/lost plates.html first to see what documents you would need to have with you.
If you have a bill of sale and the title signed over to you, and you have a WA driver's license, take all that into the licensing office to transfer the car to you. Depending on the age of the vehicle, you may need a smog certificate, but you'll need to confirm with the licensing agency.
Try calling there
Yes
It's a vehicle licensing agent for things like titles and tabs. Not a driver's license so no.
Sounds like you might not have all of your information, if that is the case going with your driver's license and the license plate of the vehicle, or take the v i n number off of the car. The v i n number can be found driver side, from outside looking in at the windshield it's at the bottom of your windshield
Ho to any washibton state licensing location, and purchase a temparary 3 day auto license, it replaces any tab no matter how long it has been expired. Fee is $30, plus I think a $2.50 fee
No
No. At this time a parent or power of attorney can bring in the forms required.
This office offers car and craft Tab services.
