Sounds like you might not have all of your information, if that is the case going with your driver's license and the license plate of the vehicle, or take the v i n number off of the car. The v i n number can be found driver side, from outside looking in at the windshield it's at the bottom of your windshield
I do this online, so I would think the same as you do online. License plate #, or Vin #..owner name of vehicle..amount needed to pay.
