I am receiving the car title sometime this week. The title is under my dad's name who is deceased. I just moved here in WA. Would I be able to register the car and transfer title to my name? I do not have an estate nor a POA. Please advise. thanks!

I actually was just able to talk to one of their agent, I just have to bring in the title, death cert, and my DL.
