We purchased tabs back in September and they never showed. I've made multiple attempts to contact them via the phone...which is screwed up - a message comes on saying their phone is working, re-enter the number without an area code, and then your call is dropped. The information on how to make that simple request is not available online --- or if it is, you would need a PHD in forensic science to find it. I'm appalled that this is an example of our tax dollars in action.

Easy location (just two blocks from Pioneer square station) and amazing people. I went there to change my name on a title and it took me a total of 15 minutes from home to this office to home. Everyone at the counters was super nice! The lady who worked with me greeted me with a smile. In less than three minutes of that, I was on my way back home with everything in place. The lady kindly answered all my questions, took me through the process of renewal and printed the registration right away! No forms filled and no copies submitted! Title will reach me by post. I also want to state that this is my second visit to this office in the last 12 months and I had a similar experience last time. People who gave bad ratings should introspect because it's clear after reading their reviews that they didn't do their due diligence and went without the needed documentation. In order to serve the other people better, people behind the counter should and will tell you to go home and get what's needed for your work to be done. Stop blaming them for your faults!

The hours posted for this office are 8:30 - 4:30 It's nearly impossible to make it in during these businesses hours if you also work M - F. Twice I have left work early and arrived a couple of minutes before 4:30 only to find the door locked already! The only help I could find in the hall said, "oh did you come very far?" I don't think that really matters. Having a public office be open during the posted hours and providing access is what's important.

Missing two star becuase my tabs were sent to the wrong address and they don't know where it went as they could not even find it in the return mail. I went to DMV office to pick it in person and was out with the tab within 5 minutes. Good service in office, but the system needs to fix its online services. I got my renewed license properly in my mailbox but tabs went to the old address it seems even though they had the right address on file.

You will need to take a physician letter on their letterhead to the licensing department. It might be better for you to go to another licensing office where there is parking if you cannot walk very far. There is no parking here. Call and ask about another location.
