The biggest joke of a clinic I've ever experienced. 99 percent of the staff here is arrogant, rude, and incompetent. The staff had myself, and my one year old son wait in the car in 90 degree weather for over 4 hours before we could get seen by one of the worst doctors I've ever come in contact with. Don't waste your time here.

The whole urgent care workers are rude. I waited two hours for nothing. Called the cops on me because I wasn’t leaving without my discharge paperwork. I asked for everyone’s name to make a complaint. Currently waiting for the cops to arrive.

This rating is solely on Dr. Sharid Khan. Did not give my any kind of care at all very cold and uncaring. I don't know if he just woke up from a nap his hair was very messy in the back zero help .The nurse was very warm and did a great job and was very friendly

Idk why they call this place urgent care because I’ve been waiting for the last 7 hours. Rude nurses and staff in general. You never feel like they care for you. Update: It’s 11:48 and I finally finished with them telling me I need medicine for my cough and that I don’t have fever anymore. After 9 hours, that’s all I got. 4 minutes with the doctor when we’re the only patients left. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

If you are in critical condition when you arrive they may take you to a hospital depending on the severity.

Only urgent care is. They don't have an emergency room.
urgent care is open as well but can only take a certian amout of paitents at a time do to seating and social distancing.. i recommend to call an make an appt. or get there early for Urgent care
