Wow what a great DMV experience! I had an appointment and it was very smooth, efficient and got out even ahead of time. I unfortunately cannot remember the name of the very kind and friendly staff who helped me at counter 7 but she absolutely rocked! Thank you!

The DMV in Lone Tree is fabulous!! Not only is it very easy to get in and have your business taken care of efficiently and quickly. The customer service.in this office is stellar. I had a wonderful lady by the name of Mikly that was in training, but I never would have known that if she hadn't mentioned it. She was wonderful. I've gone to this location for years and my experience is always the same!! Absolutely fabulous!!

They're not open until 5pm. We walked in at 4:47 pm and we're told they're closed. Doors are still open, staff still there and nobody waiting and still we were told to leave by a woman named Shy who seemed nice enough for not wanting to help. If you're open until 5pm, do your job until you close! It's that simple!

I would take a copy of your insurance in hand and just walk in the DMV, take a number, and they will direct you accordingly. They are USUALLY pretty fast with guest help there.
Not at the same place as license plates. You have to go to driver services office
Come in person and they will help you with what to do. Also can come by appointment for them to let you in the lobby
