Dr Bratz and all of the ER nurses and staff at Sky Ridge are superior care givers. Thank you for you thoroughness, kindness and knowlege. So calm and reassuring. You put us at ease during our unexpected visit to the ER and Dr Bratz went the extra mile to figure out the cause of my fever and discomfort!

The team of nurses and other medical professionals were kind, forthcoming with information and updeat.

The nurses and all staff I had contact with were attentive, professional and informative. My nurse Melissa was great.

I was going in for possible preterm labor and was in so much pain I could barely walk. Upon entering the ER I was given very poor directions to the Labor and Delivery unit and was sent off on my own and not even offered a wheelchair. Once I got there the man at the desk was on a personal call on his cell phone and wouldn't even acknowledge me. After waiting a bit, a nurse came around the corner and saw that I was in distress and being ignored and got me a wheelchair and took me where I needed to be. Once in the delivery and labor department, the team was fast and friendly, but getting there was very scary and makes me afraid to go back once I'm actually in labor. If you're having an emergency, you should probably try to make it to a different hospital because you went get much help here. 10/03/22 Edit: I saw the response and emailed them my personal info so we could talk about my experience and no one ever got back to me. I guess they put responses on here just for looks, not to actually find solutions. Very disappointing.

ER probably not. If in a standard hospital room, yes.
Thank you for this question. We have been working diligently to vaccine our staff, providers and first responders and will communicate any plans for our 70 plus community members soon.
1 visitor per patient, but they do make exceptions depending on the circumstances.
I think so. I'm not am expert on this hospital though.
I know it's a yes for maternity. Not sure about everyone else
I wish I could help, but I have no idea.
Yes
I think so you would have to call them and ask
Yes, with a mask, but double check ahead of time to make sure that is still the case.
Go to the portal.
Yes, it's part of your preoperative docs you sign. I think it is 13 pages in length. READ all the docs. I'm a weirdo and fine print reader. Good luck!
