I'm a nice calm person and usually understanding because I have worked in the customer service industry. But the people that work here are just rude! Called over the phone, they were very short with me. Hung up before I was even finished with my concerns. I spoke in very nice calm voice and asked a simple question about permits. The lady over the phone attitude was just nasty. Why do they have such people working here?

Whatever woman they have working there now is super rude. She treated me like a terrible human being for being a disabled veteran. She denied me getting veteran disabled plates even with proof of my disability. She then proceeded to tell me to move back to California if I didn’t like the way Louisiana does veteran plates. This woman was so disrespectful and made me feel terrible about being a disabled veteran. Service members shouldn’t be treated like we are a burden to anyone. Now I have to go to the VA to fight to get disabled plates even though I had them in California.

This location opens at 9 not 8 There are only 4 chairs in the small waiting room. Shawanna is the only employee there and it is a slow but steady wait.
