Every time I have to go there, the women there act like the most unhelpful, unfriendly, bitter, wenches I've ever dealt with, F. For effort F. For attitude F. For helpfulness

Very nice facility, the service was efficient, and professional. The staff person was very polite and a pleasure to work with.

The staff I talked to on the phone were extremely rude every time I called. The first few times I called I was extremely polite and just had some questions, but they continued to talk over me and cut me off. I was even hung up on multiple times. And when I asked certain questions the employees were very hostile and snappy, even though I was being as polite as possible. The employees are disrespectful and unhelpful, and unwilling to actually listen to a clients questions! My tags were returned and I asked why they hadn’t notified anyone that it had happened, or in some way notified that the registration had been revoked, the answer I got was “well we aren’t a call center so I don’t know what to tell you”. Very difficult to work with for even the most simple things! And very rude no matter how polite the client is. I even had enough of the tone and got into a fight with the employee over the phone, we were yelling at each other. Severe lack of professionalism.

Long line. The longest ever seen by most standing in line at least an hour and a half wait at least. There's no exaggeration. Several of us were there earlier went away for other errands for 3 plus hours. When I returned there was about 10 people fewer in line and only two people working at six windows. I am actually standing in line now as I am writing. There are still 14 people ahead of me waiting. I give the two tellers 5 stars they are working hard.

Day after they are open. If i am not mistaken they are closed Monday & Tuesday.
They do not accept cards of any kind. I didn't know and ended up having to go to the bank to withdraw cash to make my payment.
