Austin just call the State Parks number to make or cancell reservations. Robert you dont have to have a reservation but its recommended on the weekends because they are so busy and only allow a certain number of guests there at a time. We visited several times during the week and it was not at all busy. It is a great place to hike and bike but just for the beautiful rock views the parking lot does it all😁
