What a joke. His card says 24 Hrs 7 Days. Not true. False advertising. Rude , obnoxious, and inconsiderate when I wrote up a poor review. He will also lie at the drop of a hat. 24 Hrs and 7 days should mean just that. He ignores your calls then says he doesn't work on weekends! Good luck if you ever deal with him. Had to put one un- deserved star just to post. Never again will we call him just to be verbally abused.

I called Joe expecting to schedule a time to completely replace my old water heater. Instead, Joe stayed on the phone with me and talked me through every check until my hot water heater was up and running again. Joe was friendly and supportive and could have easily made me come out to him for a diagnostic appointment but used his 20+ years of experience to work things out over the phone with me. Highly recommend calling Joe for your next RV our camper issue. Thanks Joe!

Joe is a great man who knows his stuff! He was prompt, kind, thorough. He went above and beyond to check everything with our problem. I would recommend Joe to anyone. He's brilliant and humble.

Joe is the best! I am new to having a camper, and when I got it to the campground, Joe came and taught me how to do all the set up, fixed a plumbing issue, checked out the gas thoroughly, looked everything over and basically got everything in order. Then, about a week later I had an issue with the roll out awning and Joe was there in no time (like, 20 minutes!) and fixed it quickly. I HIGHLY recommend Joe for any RV or camper repairs you need. Very reasonable prices, super friendly and freely shares his knowledge of RVs and campers too.
