Yes, there are allocated camping areas..
Two walk-in primitive areas, with outhouse toilets nearby. Both areas are behind the Rock and petty near the small 'lake', which you can fish. In the front of the park their are full facilities with showers and primitive sites near them. Small playground there too.

Yes, campgrounds are available. But do plan early, as it gets booked very quickly
You better get there super early they shut the gates at capacity as early as 9-10am
Yes. There is designated areas where your allowed to camp. There is spots close to restrooms/showers or further into the park which they call primitive camping.
