However, if you are a Mountain Biker, try hiking the trails, you are going to see sights that are awe Inspiring! Some passes are steep and between rocks, difficult to navigate with a bike, anyway. But it is such a spiritual place, I predict that you will find plenty to enjoy!
No you can't. Probably had people riding down the Rock had to put a stop to it ;)
