There is no swimming allowed in the lake as it is Denver's drinking water, its too cold to jump in, except for dogs. Wouldn't recommend a dip
No swimming but nobody and forcing that's enforcing. I've seen kids and their swimming I've seen dogs in their swimming and neither one of them are allowed. It will be allowed soon in the future in the mean time just go for it

No you can not swim. The beach area is where you can rent paddle boards or just hang out on the beach.
