I have never once posted a negative review before. I’ve stayed here twice, and both times have been a huge disappointment. I’m here for work, so I can’t choose - but I’d choose sleeping in the street as opposed to staying here. There is never anyone at the front desk, no matter what time of day I’m here. The rooms are poor in cleanliness and quality. And half of my room’s power did not work. They told a coworker that she kept tripping the breakers instead of helping her (they tend to switch blame if you even get a chance to meet with staff). The restaurant is closed, and their amenities are sub par. The last time I was here the lady with the tan was horribly rude, but she was actually really nice this time so that’s the only good thing I guess. It’s the quality of a Super 8 but twice the price from the online quote I’ve seen.

This Hotel was one of the worst places I have stayed in a long long time! I should have read the reviews! Christmas wreath in July should have been my first clue! Then the smell! Then the lack of upkeep like stained ceilings very worn walls ect. The cleanliness was non existent! I literally followed the trail of dirt to fine the elevators. I held my nose in the elevators! 10/10 do not recommend

What you see online is very deceiving. We were there for 5 days, and the restaurant was closed everyday without any explanation, even though we were told about the operating hours at check-in. You had to request room service, and even if you did, then they did not vacuum, change sheets, make the beds, give extra toiletries, etc. They just took the trash and cleaned the bathroom. The “hot tub” was EXTREMELY hot and the jets didn’t work. It also needed to be cleaned, and had a “murky” water smell. The big pool was SO COLD. Not heated at all like it said online. Even my kids said it was like an ice bath, and refused to go in. They had a smaller pool that was also like an ice bath, but that water was WAY too low, and definitely needed more water added to it. The sauna was out of order, as well. There were a few times that we passed the check in desk, and saw anyone. It was deserted majority of the time. A few of the perks were: location to everything and the views from the balconies and pool. Also, my kids loved the game room. Some major work needs to be done here. Don’t believe everything you see online.

My son and I had a wonderful overall experience at the Grand. We had to switch rooms but Sharon at the front desk was extremely kind, understanding and always had a bright smile. The manger on duty was Adam and he worked out our room change. We're grateful to him and the staff for their understanding and effort to make out stay amazing. We parted with fist bumps and smiles. Location is great with many stores and restaurants close by. The pool, hot tub and sauna are perfect after a long day of skiing. Laundry and game room too! Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and fast! Diane was our server and she was also incredibly kind. Her husband's the cook (John) who did and amazing job. The experience at the restaurant was perfect. Diane and John were very attentive to every detail.
