I brought my car to Splash for a car wash and subsequently realized that the cover to my gas tank was missing. I returned to Splash the following day to see if it was there. The manager, Jack O’Dell, searched the premises and called me later in the day to inform me that he had found it. When I returned, Jack not only had the cap ready for me but also put it back on the car. I was grateful for the excellent customer service.
