There is no sense of professionalism in this clinic, nor organization. I went in to see my provider and instead was seen by a p.a., who did not listen to my concerns.

My mom was there this past Friday morning and was treated badly by the girl taking their info in the front door. She refused to see my mom because apparently she said her name too fast, luckily my sister was there to defend her. But everyone that was checking in was upset at the way she was treating people. They should really hire people that actually want to work and help people, rather than treating everyone with an attitude and wasting their time on their phone.

Crystal, one of the nurses was great. Very helpful and went out of her way to help my mom and myself. Andrea, the case manager was great as well. Gave us very useful information. I do call and no one answers at the office. Overall service is good!
