Bus never showed up. No notification, no tracking and the customer service line was useless on the issue.

Ridiculous.. i bought a ticket from frisco to Denver at 430pm and the bus never showed up. Unprofessional and unexeptable..ridiculous that I had to wait for over an hour and the bus never showed. There showed have been some kind of notification or something so I'm not wasting my day sitting around for a bus that never shows.

Very small,but nice and homey looking with a small area that contains children's books. I loved the art in the walls. Oh,I should also add that you can't print your tickets here,so you should have those printed before arriving here. There aren't any phone chargers either. While I was here,there also was no staff insight,so it's up to you to find and board your own bus.

What’s wrong with Greyhound bus? First time taking it and it has delayed for 3 hours so far. No notification, email, or bus tracking available. I have called the service center and they can’t do anything about it.
