When I first met with Dr Paule, I was unable to stand longer than 15 mins without excruciating pain and had to restrict personal activities due to my constant back pain (and this was after 6 months of treatment from an orthopedic specialist with no improvement). Within the first month in Dr Paule’s care, my pain subsided and I was able to resume my favorite activities again. After less than a year with his treatment, I am now pain free. Dr Paule is also incredibly focused on making sure his patients are completely “in the know” on their treatment plans. During my first visit he spent over an hour with me explaining what was happening with my back and how he planned on helping me. On my second visit, after his business manager had contacted my insurance company to gather information, he spent even more time thoroughly explaining to me my insurance coverage, telling me what I should expect in terms of what would be covered and explaining how my insurance plan worked. I’ve never had a doctor do that before, and I was so appreciative of the time he took to do that. Dr Paule is also very respectful of his patients’ time. He has never cancelled an appointment, has always given me plenty of notice if he is going to be away, and I’ve never once sat in his waiting room longer than 4 mins. Dr Paule completely changed my quality of life and I am so grateful for him and the amazing treatment he’s given.
