I honestly struggled providing a star rating for this apartment. There are great and awful things about the apartments and they fall on the far sides of the spectrum. Pros: Free and plenty of parking Newly renovated apartments which in my opinion look great Relatively quite area. Sometimes neighbors are loud, but comes with the territory. Washer/Dryer in unit Gas Stove Cons: Ever since Nicole left the front office, getting anything from the office is impossible. There is a 'secured' package room but you can only retrieve your packages M-F 9-5 and even then sometimes they are not in the office. When you try to call them to get information about anything, it takes you to a "call center." When you try to put in a maintenance ticket or email the office, you don't get a response. I've put in several tickets regarding water coming into my terrible windows when it rains, and they don't care. In the last couple months, it's gone from bad to unlivable. I have cockroaches, mice, and water leak issues. I have contacted the office multiple times and they say they will send someone to look into the problem or send pest control and nothing happens. I wait another week for them to come by again and still nothing. Getting to the point where I might need to contact a lawyer as its incredibly disgusting here all of a sudden. The first 6 months were pretty good, but these last 6 months can't go by faster. If you care about being able to reach the office or maintenance in a timely manner, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I lived at Oxford House for two years. If you are looking to move here the rooms, closets, and space are large. Everything will appear nice and brand new. But don't be fooled. Everything is very cheaply repaired and maintenence will half fix or cheaply fix whenever they get around too it. There are only two maintenence men for four buildings and they are over worked. If you are looking to move here, staying longer then two years is not worth it. Most things in your apartment will eventually break and then be badley repaired. Rushwood, the company who owns Oxford House, does not care. The exterminator spraying your place will only temporarily help so have a back up spray and traps ready. If you have more then one car they will charge and rent goes up every year. It's an okay place for a short stay but this is not a home.
