Dr. Riber is hands down the best Dr in the world. He is kind, reassuring, and very understanding and knowledgeable. I literally love this man! My first initial visit I felt Dr. Ribers passion for his work. He took the time to listen to me and my concerns. He explained everything to me like no other doctor has. I left that day feeling more confident then ever that I was on my way to recovery.When my second appointment was scheduled I was scared and a little nervous but I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Riber came in the room with plenty of smiles and humor to calm my nerves. When I tell you he walked me thru my whole procedure and made sure I was comfortable and felt no pain. My God Dr.Riber is heaven sent. After my procedure I literally shed a tear because Dr. Riber is so amazing and I couldn’t thank him enough.If you are ever looking for a pain management physician office don’t cheat your self, treat your self to his office. 10/10 highly recommend!

The people, who do the urine test are racist and rude I was only asking why after going to the clinic for6 months and I wasn't asked for urine test until February, I asked why urine test now,then the number given to me to call for urine test was Chinese and I couldn't understand his dialect.

Hello! Yes we have been in the process of moving to our brand new building! Our phone servers were down while moving so instead we were making phone calls personally. I do apologize for whatever mishap this has caused. Our phone servers are back up and flooded with voicemails and messages that our lovely staff are getting to as quickly as possible. With my appointments, I've asked if they'd call a day or 2 before, to remind. It helps me because I have a frontal cortex concussion that caused some brain damage, so any little help is useful, since my husband passed away over a year ago. They're very obliging when they can, but if they're busy, it's still up to me, like times when I show up late & they're still able to fit me in because they gave my appt to someone else & I take a later person's; I would think they'd be just as helpful to you, if you have different times & they work you in just as quickly. I've never had to wait more than 20 mins, but it's usually only 5-15! They're very good about that! I've waited at pain offices for hours when there were no other alternatives at the time! I've known Dr. Riber from working on my back & now treating chronic pain for 15 years & he's a real stand-up guy & professional Doctor. Even tho it takes me an hour to travel to him it's worth it. I hope something here is helpful! Take Care!
