Spent $1000’s at Verizon. Last time I purchased an iPhone, I had Verizon provide and install a screen protector with what they described as a “lifetime” warranty. It cracked. Brought it back to Verizon. First question, “did you register the screen”. Didn’t know I needed to, bought it at Verizon. Follow up, “you need to deal with the manufacturer or buy a new one.” I left, spent my money at Best Buy. Done with Verizon. Minus stars would be a better rating. Thank you Willie, my service rep at Verizon.
