I was going to move here but after these reviews omg no thank you. I have tried calling to lease multiple times on different days it’s like RARE to get a answer. I won’t be moving here !

DO NOT LIVE HERE these are the worst apartments ever, they are ghetto and unsafe, there have been 3 shootings in the past month. Management does not exist there is nobody to contact, they have switched owners 2x now but its just gotten worse. You can never get anyone to fix these rundown apartments and staff is nowhere to be found you can only see them riding around in carts but never getting anything done. The girls in the front office are lazy and unhelpful. There is always garbage everywhere from other tenants who are just as bad. People are always fighting, smoking, being loud, and everywhere but their own complex. If you have the power to, never live here.

I moved down here from NY and have been here over a year and it’s decent. I don’t like that they always switch hands on who owns the property because I end up having to wait longer to get things fixed. For the most part they are small things. I live in the front of the complex so a lot of mischief is avoided. However I do feel they should do better with their rules. I took my autistic son to the pool and the young kids in there had no supervision and was doing things in the pool that were disgusting. I won’t be taking him back. I also don’t like that they don’t do updates on the apartment every year. No matter where you go you have foolishness, but myself and my family mind our business pay our rent and follow the rules as best as we can and we are good neighbors. We can only be responsible for ourselves.
