It's pretty "rustic." I agree with Ronzell Washington.
On the hill in the amphitheater where the play ground although you might want to look at Walsenburg lake it's more groomed and they have a nice set up for what your wanting to do.
There was a small wedding going on at a pavilion when I was there. So yes 😉
