If you find a bad review here, it is in error. After watching events unfold, I would deffinitly like to shake the hand of a business man who is willing to admit the customer is important no matter how big the problem. That's service you can't buy.

I am upgrading to 3 stars from 1 because this company did finally do the right thing. It took much more work on the customer's part than on Grand Rental Station's part to make this right. Had this customer been a lone woman or even a lone man with no help or support, Grand Rental Station would have still ripped me off without another thought. I hope Grand Rental Station will be more appreciative and honest with their customers in the future. I have been done wrong too many times to believe that Grand Rental Station did not knowingly send a defective machine, ready to break, to this work site. Video is a very helpful tool when doing business you are not an expert in. You do not have to completely rely on trust when you document with video. Original 1 star review >> "Outrageous rip off. As long as you don't abuse the equipment you rent from this company they will honestly take good care of your needs for whatever job you the equipment for . Just make sure to inspect the the equipment with the owner before leaving with it. Just so there are no who's at fault fights . Other then that they are good people
