Edited 4/17/19 I met with the owner today. I feel that he listened to my side and that going forward, the contract will be explained in full. Especially to first time customers! He made it right and I really appreciate it! Very nice man! Review changed to reflect resolution. The equipment was fine. Delivery was ok. Pick up was a day late but no big deal. The original price we agreed upon was ok. Equipment was full of fuel and preformed as needed.

Excellent customer service. Top notch, knowledgeable staff. I would rent from them any day!! I've seen several reviews by people mad about being charged for damages, but if you rent a car and don't provide insurance, and the car gets damaged, you will most certainly get charged for that! Same concept here, only the equipment you're renting cost a heck of a lot more than a car!

This company will charge you a ton of money for a scratch on a tractor which is intended for off road work. I would definitely look for a company that carries insurance on their equipment (they do not) so that if something should happen, the insurance company covers it. You will be charged, I promise you, an ungodly amount should there be any problem i.e.; dent, scratch or blemish.
