Very busy, but it's a small town and they try. Wish they had a kiosk because line gets long. Do not book photo services for passports, they let you come in for an appointment just to tell you to go to Walmart.

It took a month and a half to get a PO BOX key. First I got the incorrect application. Then no courtesy call to let me know it was ready. Now, I am have packages returned to the sender for no reason. The are parcel boxes in Cokedale, they should be used instead of sending my expected parcels back to whence they came. Incompetence. The rudest post mistress I have ever had the misfortune to meet. Although, she didn't say a word... And it turns out I am not the first to experience terrible service.

Very beautiful, clean building, but the staff I have interacted with have been rude, unpleasant, or just unhelpful. The way they ring up orders is deceptive. They will tell you the minimum price a package might cost to ship and then give you the real total only after you have agreed to one of the shipping possibilities. You already have the weight and size and destination of the package, there is no reason not to give people the actual prices from the start. No other post office operates this way. I prefer to take my mail to Pueblo and ship from there or from home. Do yourself a favor and skip the people, do your postage at the kiosk or online.

They regularly damage packages. I’ve had medication go missing repeatedly. They don’t have their real telephone number listed. They decided an entire town must use PO Boxes so now I can’t get anything delivered that uses batteries, even medical equipment from the VA. I’ve watched their letter carriers drive around with their back doors open, covering mail with mud and dust. As a small business owner I can’t have this keep happening. It makes me look unprofessional. I’m actually moving my mail to be delivered in another county because they are so bad.
