Horrible experience , went in had to wait a while in line only to be told that I needed to wrap up an open package bag and she sent me back to look for a table with tape only to come back and ask the other associate who told me there’s no tape there and I would have to purchase my own. Everyone else that was in front of the line with me left very upset because they were charging them ridiculous prices for sending a return back. I was hoping it would go better for me but apparently they must not have a single packaging tape for customers to use in the whole store. I left the place and came back to Streamwood.

If you have a bank account, go there. They usually offer it as a free service.
I am pretty sure that the only way to track a piece of mail is with the tracking number. Try going to USPS.com under Tracking and see if it gives you any alternative other than the tracking number.
